Garments that do not have zippers or buttons should be washed inside out with like colors of similar weight and texture. Garments with zippers/buttons should be washed right side out. Please use a mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle. The best way to dry your printed garments is to air dry. If you must put your garment in the dryer please do so on the lowest temperature setting possible. All garments will come with a care card for your reference.

Print and Embroidery is a "flawed art". Many factors can contribute to differences between prints, colors, placement, machine functioning and more. We hand produce every item so variations may occur from item to item. We always strive to produce a high quality product as consistently as possible and occasionally have some variation due to factors out of our control.

We prefer PNG and SVG format for all product production.

After receiving your initial 50% deposit we typically can produce small to average sized orders in 2 weeks. Occasionally, the size of the order or type of product being requested may extend that time frame. We will be sure to communicate with you if this is the case. We request that orders of larger than 200 items be placed a month in advance.  We take pride in completing our clients orders on time!
